The Residences at Marina Gate is a triumvirate of residential towers at the original gateway to Dubai Marina. This flagship development will offer stunning, uninterrupted waterfront vistas and invigorate the architectural landscape by creating a spectacular addition to the Dubai Marina skyline. The overall project consist of the construction of three tower: Residences Marina Gate I, Residences Marina GateII and Jumeirah Living at Marina Gate. 

The Marina Gate construction area raises in a complete developed residential area that poses some logistical challenges and extra care to ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding neighborhood with dust and noise control measures. Swissboring has been awarded by the developer Select Group as main contractor in the enabling works and piles foundations for The Residences Marina Gate I, The Residences Marina Gate II and Jumeirah Living at Marina Gate.
