ON GOING WORK FOR GULF PARADISE TOWERS IN ABU DHABI

Ongoing work for the Gulf Paradise Towers, located on Abu Dhabi.

Under the main contractor Shield Contracting, Swissboring is performing the enabling work of the 2 buildings, which has been designed by GA Architects & Engineers for Gulf Paradise Real Estate. The project's scope of work consists of 2 commercial and residential buildings each with 9 floors located on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The buildings comprise 80 units and will spread over an area of 25,000 square meters, of which 2500 square meters dedicated to retail area.

Swissboring has been awarded for more then 500 main piles for the foundation of two towers (600mm diameter maximum depth of 18 meter) and for 341 linear meter of diaphragm wall, executed with hydromill, for the excavation of one basement car park  (600mm Thickness up to maximum depth of 14 meter).
